Hot marshmallow chocolate



There's nothing better than hot chocolate to warm up!

Ingredients (for 2 cups)

- 100g dark chocolate

- 20 cl milk

- 10 cl liquid crème fraîche

- A few marshmallows

- cocoa powder for decoration
 
Preparation

  •     In a saucepan, heat milk and crème fraîche.
  •     Finely chop the chocolate and add it to the pan. Mix with a whisk until the chocolate is melted.
  •     Pour the hot chocolate into two large cups, place the marshmallows and sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Variation: replace marshmallows with Chantilly cream
