Soup carrot parsnips



Ingredients  :Number of people 4
  •     4 carrots
  •     1 parsnip
  •     2 zucchini
  •     Water
  •     Salt Salt
  •     Pepper Pepper

Step 1
 
    Peel the carrots and parsnips with a thrift.
 
Step 2
    Cut all the vegetables into thick slices and put them in a casserole dish.
 
Step 3
    Cover with water, salt lightly, bring to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes in small broths (check the cooking by pricking the carrots with the tip of a knife).
 
Step 4
   
Mix everything together, salt and pepper to taste.
