Chocolate almond flour brownies



Chocolate almond flour brownies : Ingredients  / for 6 people
  •     20g ground almonds
  •     3 eggs
  •     120g sugar
  •     130g butter
  •     50g flour
  •     200g dark chocolate
  •     120g coarsely chopped walnut kernels
  •     2 pinches cinnamon

Chocolate almond flour brownies: Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180oC (thermostat 6). Melt the dark chocolate.
  2.  In a bowl, mix the sugar with the eggs. Stir in softened butter, flour, ground almonds, melted chocolate, cinnamon and walnuts.
  3.     Finally, pour the dough into the pan. Bake at 180oC and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
Chocolate almond flour brownies ready for you.
