Lost mango and coconut bread



Do you have any bread left from the day before? Prepare this exotic recipe for traditional French toast.

Ingredients (for 3 to 4 people)

- 2 mangoes

- 4 eggs

- 20 cl cow's milk (or vegetable)

- 20 cl coconut milk

- 6 tbsp. maple syrup soup - for dressing

- 6 slices of stale country bread

- Butter (or coconut oil)

- 2 spoon. coconut shavings soup

Preparation (20 min)

1. Dice the mangoes. On a shallow plate, beat the eggs with the previously tiédis milks and maple syrup, then dip the bread in this mixture. 

2. In a frying pan, brown the well-soaked slices of bread in butter. Quickly dry-dry coconut shavings in a frying pan.

Present your bread with diced mango, coconut shavings, and drizzle with maple syrup.
Tip: You can use fresh or frozen fruit if it's no longer the season.
