Corn soup and grilled bacon

Ingredients for 4 people

  •    400g Corn
  •     4 Potatoes
  •     1Green cabbage
  •     10 slices Bacon
  •     1gousse Garlic
  •     2cupil. soup Fresh cream
  •     1Vegetable stock cube
  •     1l Water

Preparation steps

1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Wash and slice the green cabbage. Drain the corn and set aside 100 g. Peel and slice the garlic.

2. In a saucepan, add vegetables and cover with water. Add the stock cube. Simmer for 20 minutes.

3. In a frying pan, cook bacon slices for a few minutes. Slice them out.

4. Mix the soup. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Serve in bowls and add cream, bacon and corn.
